RPI Research Technician

I spent the summer of 2024 as a research technician in Dr. Rick Relyea's Lab at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. I assisted with the setup, maintenance, and takedown of large-scale mesocosm experiments. I also contributed to data collection and analysis. Projects examined predator-prey interactions involving tadpoles, effects of road salt pollution, and potential evolutionary responses to chronic salt exposure. Additional experiments focused on freshwater snails, testing how predator cues and varying salt concentrations influenced mating behavior and shell growth.
